I work hard in every detail of your real estate transaction. My energy, integrity and creative service epitomizes who I am.
I grew up in Racine and acquired a strong sales habit at the age of ten by selling fresh produce from my parent’s garden. Later in life this habit led to owning my own businesses including a sonic filter cleaning company in Las Vegas and a designated driver company in Racine.
After moving back to my birthplace of Racine, I purchased a home using a grant from Lincoln Lutheran and the City of Racine. I love to help others with the possibility of home ownership.
I am the founder of a professional women’s real estate networking group in the Racine and Kenosha area that includes women business owners that have interest in Real estate. We meet regularly with other Realtors, lenders, home inspectors, title companies, interior designers, and investors. This has helped me to understand the needs of my clients by staying informed of the everchanging real estate market.
I am the mother of 6 and am honored to be married to my husband of 10 years. My hobbies include scuba diving and traveling, and I am the founder of a Scuba Dive Club in Kenosha. We meet and plan diving trips together throughout the year.
I currently attend Journey Church in Kenosha. Where I host a bible study in my home.

So I'll try to keep this short and sweet haha.
My experience with Billee has been nothing short of amazing. Super patient and will work with a variety of lenders, including the VA. Toward the beginning of this whole process, she would send me some listing's of houses in the area that I wanted as well as in the price range I was looking for. I ended up with a beautiful bungalow built in 1920 with everything i wanted in a home. The VA process was tedious. Having to go back and forth to meet their requests and such. Billee made this process easy. As a first time home buyer at 23, I didn't really know what to expect or what I needed to accomplish on my end. Communication with this process is the biggest factor for closing on any house or property. Communication with Billee was easy and atraight forward. She acted as the middle man between the seller, listing agent, and my lender, Veterans United.
I'll say this: the VA CAN BE PICKY when it comes to houses. However, they too made this process easy. Billee was able to communicate what I wanted to be done to the house prior to closing on it, to the sellers. And to say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She was able to communicate everything I wanted done, with the sellers, so I could have less immediate repairs in the upcoming future. A bit more peace of mind.
Alot of paperwork was done throughout this process with Billee. However, 99% was electronic documents. Which made signing easy. Alot of amendments to the original agreement were made until both myself and the sellers were comfortable and happy with the repairs on the home.
Billee is an amazing realtor to work with. Patient, nice, understanding, communicative, and straight forward through this whole process. And keeping in mind she has more than just me as potential buyers of homes as well. So to juggle everyone is impressive.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going though Billee for any first time potential home buyers in the southern Wisconsin (kenosha) area. She will give you everything you need, in order to make your first big purchase on a beautiful home, of your taste.
